Cute Goody Boxes!

Anyone have a tea or cookie lover in their life? These cute goody boxes are for them!  I used the Echo Park Paper Happiness is Homemade collection, which is just beyond adorable! I am crazy about the sweet patterned papers in this fun collection and I used my two favorites for my boxes. Don’t you just love the teal floral and red gingham patterns?! The 3D Handle Tie Treat Box cut file I used is available in the Silhouette online store.

I die cut the first box using the floral Homestyle Cooking patterned paper. I then secured the box top with a simple bow and finished it off with a dainty flower sticker. Layering the fun ephemera pieces and stickers help me easily finish my box! Enamel dots from the I Love Christmas collection add dimension.

I die cut the second box from the red gingham Kitchen Essential patterned paper.  I again secured the box top with a coordinating bow and added a little flower sticker to it. I layered cute stickers to quickly embellish the box front. Is that little tea canister not the cutest?!? My sister loves tea and she is absolutely going to love this little gift set!
Thanks for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to craft a couple goody boxes for the sweet one in your life!

An Out of this World Card!

I am IN LOVE with the new Carta Bella Space Academy collection! The colors are so much fun and the graphics are out-of-this-world adorable (pun intended)! My first project using this collection is this cute card I am sharing today. But the crafting options don’t stop here. I can also see this being a great collection for kid’s room decor or a space adventure party ensemble! Space Academy is definitely my new favorite collection! Space Academy is now in the Paper Issues online store and you can take 20% off your entire order when you use the code Tegan!!

I started by die cutting some small random sized circles from a piece of Carta Bella Paper Natural White Linen Designer Cardstock using my Silhouette Cameo. I then used various patterned papers from the 6x6 paper pad and the red geometric patterned paper to back my card base. I used foam adhesive to adhere the papers behind the circles to add dimension.

The earth sticker and the futuristic space traveler girl sticker are definitely some of my favorite pieces in this collection. Who said space travel was just for boys, anyways?!  I used a few enamel dots from the I Love Christmas collection to add a little more dimension to the cut out circles.

I then layered another cool sticker emblem over the “Space Pilot” ephemera piece to finish off the card. I had a blast creating this card!
Thanks for joining me today.  I hope I have inspired you to get creative with the new out-of-this-world Space Academy collection. Happy crafting friends!

Good day everyone! I am excited to be sharing my latest layout for the Paper Issues online store! AND SAVE 20% off your entire Paper Issues online store order when you use the code Tegan!!!! How cool, right?!

I also used the free (YES, FREE!) chevron banner cut file from the Paper Issues store as well! I simply just shrunk it down in size a little bit in the Silhouette Studio software. I then backed each chevron opening with a different fun patterned paper. I used foam adhesive to add dimension. LOVE this chevron look! Be sure to head over to Paper Issues now to download the chevron banner cut file!

This fun collection was perfect for documenting the silly selfies my niece and I were taking while on our recent family vacation.

I am a huge fan of the letter stickers from the Addison sticker sheet, which is also available in the Paper Issues store! Be sure to check it out! And I seriously can not get enough of the star patterned papers!

Pawsitively Pets over at Paper Issues!

Good day everyone! I had a blast playing along with the Paper Issues Pawsitively Pets challenge! The challenge is so easy! I just had to use at least 3 cardstock or patterned papers, 3 or more embellishments, and 3 or more dots or enamel dots. And of course, I was more than happy to document my little pet- a cairn terrier named Pixie!

I used all Bella Blvd products on this super fun layout- most of which are still available in the Paper Issues online store! I used a combination of the Addison and Oh My Stars collections. Both lines are so much fun and blend together fabulously! Be sure to check out the entire Bella Blvd section at Paper Issues!
I seriously loved layering all of the colorful stickers! Check out the squiggle line sticker and the thought bubble... those are some of my favorites from these collections!

I used the "So Cute OMG" die cut from the Bella Blvd Addison Paper Pieces pack to easily complete my title! You can still get it in the Paper Issues store!!! Click here----->  Bella Blvd Addison Paper Pieces

Thanks for joining me today! I hope you can play along with the Paper Issues Pawsitively Pets Challenge! Be sure to head over to their blog for details!  The Pawsitively Pets Challenge

Jungle Safari gift bag!

I am going wild (pun intended!) over the new Echo Park Paper Jungle Safari collection! The colors and patterned papers are so fun! I mean, who doesn’t like leopard print?! This collection is perfect for layouts about the zoo or wild adventures with a child. It is also great for kid’s parties or a gift bag like I created here. The 3D Gift Bag cut file) I used is available in the Silhouette online store.

I first used two sheets of the Border Strips patterned paper to cut out and assemble the bag itself. I then used the Jungle Stripes patterned paper to cut out the scalloped trim for the bag top. I added a strip of the yellow Jungle Fun patterned paper underneath my alphabet stickers so the child’s name stands out. Adhering the flower sticker to the side of the bag using foam adhesive adds a fun dimension. Adding enamel dots to the flowers really makes them pop!

I then added a coordinating strip of yellow Jungle Fun patterned paper to the bottom of the bag. I layered the totem pole sign sticker and alligator stickers using more foam adhesive. I finished off the bottom of the bag with a cute phrase sticker.

I think this bag would also make a super cute treat bag for a kid’s party! And since the ephemera pieces coordinate well with the bag, they would be great scattered on the party or gift tables!
Thanks for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to create something wild (pun intended!) for your next child’s birthday party!
