Spring Time layout

What do you get when you pair the Doodlebug Design Hoppy Easter Basket of Flowers cut file with the Hoppy Easter and Simply Spring collections? A basketful of cuteness - that's what! The cut file and these collections were perfect for helping me document the yearly yard full of Easter eggs my mother-in-law puts out for us to find on Easter morning!

Don't let the number of cuts of this design overwhelm you. The Doodlebug Design cut files have all of the different sections colored in, which makes it super easy to keep the pieces organized. I simply grouped all of the parts together by color and then cut out each color group. Assembling and then 'filling' the basket was so much fun!

I used the Petite Prints Stripe patterned paper in Bon Bon on the basket to give it a faux wood look. I used Doodlebug cardstock and patterned papers from the Hoppy Easter collection for my flowers. I used Doodlebug Design cardstock and the Petite Prints Floral paper in Bumblee on the bow. Sprinkles add even more cuteness! Once my basket was complete, I added the adorable bunny, carrot, and radish Odds & Ends pieces. How cute is that little bunny sitting in the basket?!

I finished off the layout with the rainbow wheel This & That sticker, more Odds & Ends pieces, and a couple Icon Stickers. I can't get over how cute that little bunny hopping through the grass is!

Thank you for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to use a large cut file with the Hoppy Easter collection on your next layout!

HAPPY Day layout!

I love that all of the Bella Blvd collections mix and match so well! My goal was to use 3 collections, but I just couldn't stop at only 3. I ended up mixing 5 collections on this layout - Wish Big Boy, Wish Big Girl, Plaids & Dotty, Island Escape, and Mom Life! I also had so much fun using a couple of the brand new Bella Blvd cut files on my title!

I used the Happy Word Acrylic cut file to cut out multiples from different patterned papers from the Island Escape and Mom Life collections. I then backed them with strips of Plaids & Dotty polka dot papers for a fun and happy look. I love all of the colors and patterns in this title, don't you?!

I also embellished the page with chipboard from Island Escape and lots of Puffy Heart Stickers and Heart Hugs! I love the texture that the Heart Hugs add!

I used the Birthday Acrylic Word cut file for this part, but I erased the 'birth' part of the word in my cut file software. The patterned paper is from the Wish Big Boy collection! The enamel dots come in the packs of Heart Hugs.

Thanks for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to use lots of patterned papers from multiple collections on your next layout!

How've You Bean?

Ever since Doodlebug Design released their new stamp sets, stamping on layouts has been my new favorite technique! I had so much fun creating the jelly bean background using the jelly bean from the Hoppy Easter stamp set. And I couldn't wait to use the entire Hoppy Easter collection to document my niece's time with the Easter Bunny!

Stamping the random jelly bean pattern was so easy and I love the whimsical design it adds! I used Odds & Ends pieces and Icon Stickers to embellish this section. Did you find the little purple ant Sprinkles sticker in the grass?

Seriously how cute is this little hopping bunny? He might be my favorite! I created this part of the title using the Tangerine Skinny cardstock alpha stickers and an Odds & Ends banner piece. And of course I used lots of Sprinkles to embellish my page!

I really wanted to emphasize the word 'bean' so I used my die cut machine to supersize it using fun patterned paper backed with a solid cardstock. I finished off my layout with the chick Odds & Ends piece and of course more Sprinkles!

Thank you for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to stamp on your next layout!
