Doodlebug Design Bundle of Joy Layout

I absolutely love Doodlebug's signature bright colors, but the soothing soft colors in the brand new baby boy and girl collections have me swooning! The pink based Bundle of Joy and blue based Special Delivery collections are perfect for documenting your little ones! Here I combined the two collections to document a sweet picture of my niece when she was a baby.

I started by using the gorgeous soft gray Choo Choo Patterned Paper from the Special Delivery Collection for my background. To say that I love this plaid paper is an understatement! I then used the cool new Doodlebug Design Doodle Cuts Nesting Scallops Circle Dies and Bundle of Joy patterned papers to create my page design. Did you notice I used some of the brand new Shape Sprinkles around the page?
I used words from the Bundle of Joy Chit Chat Odds & Ends Pack to easily create a sweet title for the page.
I embellished the scalloped circle cut outs with Bundle of Joy Icons Stickers and lots of the awesome new Shape Sprinkles! I can't get enough of this sweet and soft color palette for babies. Isn't that stork sticker just the cutest?!
I had so much fun using the Doodle Cuts Nesting Scallops Circle Dies to create this page design. I think the circles work great with the muted Bundle of Joy colors to create a soft page background.
Thanks for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to grab the Bundle of Joy Collection and Scalloped Circle Doodle Cuts for your next layout! Have a great day!

Bella Blvd August Mood Board

I always LOVE using the Bella Blvd Mood Boards for inspiration! And of course, the August Mood Board is just as fabulous as the previous ones. Come take a look!
Right away I was inspired by the pink, yellow, and aqua chair cushions in the bottom middle square. I decided to go for a bold background and used 1/2" strips of the Bella Besties Freehand Graph & Dot Patterned Paper in Peep, Bell Pepper, and Gulf. I really love how the stripes turned out!

I embellished the top corner of my page with adorable chipboard stickers, Doohickey stickers, and ephemera pieces from the Splash Zone collection. I also added a couple fun Star Mix Acrylic Shapes.

I was inspired by the quote to use the awesome Bella Blvd Soak Up the Sunshine Cut File for my title. Here I used the Freehand Graph & Dot Patterned Paper in Blueberry so it would really pop against the striped background. I backed the open letters with fun patterned papers from the Splash Zone and Chloe collections. Don't you just love how the word 'Sunshine' pops against the stripes?!

I also made sure to include some fun chipboard pieces from the Splash Zone that were inspired by the mood board as well. Did you notice I added pineapples and a flamingo float to the layout too? I also love that the striped background kind of reminds me of a beach towel. I can't wait to use another Bella Blvd Mood Board!

Thanks for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to grab the August Mood Board, some Bella Besties papers, and the Splash Zone collection for next project! Have a great day!

Adventure Awaits Layout - Bella Blvd

Good day everyone, Tegan here! Today's post is all about using the brand new Bella Blvd cat-themed Chloe collection! The thing is though, I don't have a cat so I used the collection to create an everyday layout without any cats! The Chloe collection is full of amazing patterned papers and fun graphics. I had so much pulling out the everyday pieces to create this layout!
I embellished the top of the page with Chloe Doohickey Stickers and a chipboard shape and a puffy star sticker. The adorable cloud chipboard piece is from the fun new dog-themed Cooper collection. I then added the Chloe Epoxy Heart Stickers to each of the sun rays.
I used the super fun Bella Blvd Sun Cut File and some yellow and orange Chloe patterned papers to create my sun background. I had known that I wanted the Adventure Awaits Cut File to be my focal point so I used the Freehand Graph & Dot Patterned Paper in Blueberry so it would really stand out against the yellow and orange sun. I then used lots of awesome patterned papers from the Chloe collection to back the open letters. The chipboard tree is from the Cooper collection.
I added some Squeeze the Day Sweetness Washi Tape strips to the bottom of the page. I embellished the strips with some Chloe Doohickey Stickers.
I had so much fun using the Chloe collection and a little of the Cooper collection to create this everyday themed layout. And aren't the Bella Blvd cut files just the coolest?! What is your favorite part of the Chloe collection? I can't decide - I love it all!
Thanks for stopping in today! I hope I have inspired you to grab the Chloe collection and some Bella Blvd cut files for your next project!
