Documenting High School Graduation with Bella Blvd!

Hello everyone! Today I am sharing my latest layout using the super fun Bella Blvd Pop Quiz collection. I love that it can be used to document photos of little kids and big kid stuff-like graduation! And I am in love with all of the color in this collection!

I also used papers from the Bug Explorer and Island Escape collections. I had fun die cutting some books and using the Bella Blvd chipboard words to embellish the spines. This is the cutest Science class book I have ever seen!

And more fun die cut books! I used the adorable 4 Books cut file from the Silhouette Online Store.

I finished off the page with cute chipboard pieces and a puffy heart. The laptop and the pencil are my favorite!

Thank you for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to document your next graduate!

Fun with Fruit Ephemera Pieces!

Good day everyone! Today I am excited to share my new favorite layout with you! I used the new Illustrated Faith Fruit of the Spirit collection from Bella Blvd. When I first saw the fruit, I knew it was a fun collection. But after actually working with this collection, I am smitten! Come take a look!

I had so much fun hand stitching on the ephemera fruit pieces! And I love how cute the Bella Blvd puffy heart is as the peach 'pit'!

I love all of the tropical colors in this collection. And how cute is that hand stitched apple?!?!

I used the How Sweet It Is FREE cut file from the Paper Issues store for the title and the watermelon. I love how the title reminds me of watermelons as well! And speaking of watermelons, isn't that die cut watermelon adorable!?

And more hand stitched fruit! I love the dimension the hand stitching adds!

Thanks so much for joining me today! I hope you all have enjoyed my latest creation! And I hope I have inspired you to use fruit on your next project!  ;)

Mini Album for Dad!

Hello crafty friends! Today I am sharing a fun new mini album I created using the cool and funky Bella Blvd Dad Style collection! I had so much fun going through old photos of my dad to use in this album. I thought the old photos would be a perfect match to the vintage vibe of this collection.

I started by using a Lori Whitlock label cut file I purchased from the Silhouette online store. I first cut out multiple cardstock pages to use as my base. Then I cut out multiple pages from my favorite Dad Style collection patterned papers.

I love all of the colors in this collection. They are so versatile and great for new or old photos!

I added some chipboard accents from the Bella Blvd Bug Adventure collection on this page.

Ha! I love this photo of my dad on his Harley and my sister and I on our bikes. I laughed out loud when I found this photo! I dated all of the pages using the adorable Illustrated Faith Homespun number stickers.

I love all of the clock icons in this collection too. They were perfect accents for this album because as I was creating it I realized time goes by way too fast.

Thanks for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to document your dad this Father's Day!

Bella Blvd Island Escape Layout!

Good day everyone! I am excited to share my latest, and my new favorite, layout with you! When I started working with the Bella Blvd Island Escape collection, I knew it was super adorable. But after using it, I now love it so very much I need to add a lot more of it to my stash! I just love the colors and the summery vibe! And the patterns are gorgeous!

The dark blue acrylic word adds a super quick and awesome title! And the felt pennant adds some cool texture.

The starfish and shell pieces are die cut using the Sweet Summertime cut files from the Paper Issues online store. And guess what?!?! Those cut files are FREE! Go check it out! I also added a little hand stitching with embroidery floss on one of the journaling cards. Stitching on journaling cards might be my new favorite technique!

The chipboard and stickers are just gorgeous! I love the chipboard florals and I am IN LOVE with the little chipboard waves! Are they not the cutest!?!?

Thanks for stopping in today! I hope you have a great day. I hope I have inspired you to document your warm (or hot!) weather pictures!
