Disney Love layout

My favorite scrapbook technique lately has been creating a colorful background on my layouts. The Doodlebug Petite Prints Patterned Papers come in so many colors and are perfect for helping me achieve a rainbow effect! On this layout, I also added some coordinating pieces from the adorable French Kiss collection
I started by using the heart from the Doodlebug Lucky Shapes cut file set to cut out a heart design on my white cardstock background. I then used foam adhesive to adhere my four favorite colors of Petite Prints Dot-Stripe Patterned Papers to the back. I then used coordinating Petite Prints Floral-Graph Patterned Papers and the Bella Blvd Florence Alphabet cut file to cut out matching letters.
I used the fun Abigail Alphabet Stickers in Beetle to start the title and lots of French Kiss Odds & Ends die cut shapes to embellish my layout. I created the little mouse heads in the die cut software by welding together 3 'O' letters from the Bella Blvd Florence cut file. The little flower Shape Sprinkles add the perfect finishing touch.
No theme park themed scrapbooking supplies? No problem! You can use your favorite general themed patterned papers (think Petite Prints!) and embellishments from your favorite Doodlebug collections (think French Kiss)!
Thanks for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to use general themed products to create a fabulous themed layout!

July 4 Layout with Bella Blvd!

I love the combination of red, white, and blue so I couldn't wait to make a layout using the patriotic new Bella Blvd Fireworks and Freedom collection! Also, Bella Blvd has a lot of new cut files in the Silhouette Online Design store I couldn't wait to use - including the awesome Bella Blvd firework cut file I used on this layout! I love how this layout of my niece enjoying some sparklers last year turned out and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
I used my favorite blue and red papers from the collection and the Bella Blvd Firework cut file to create the main fireworks design on my page. I used red embroidery floss to add a fun texture. And aren't the Patriotic Acrylic Star Shapes just the perfect accent pieces coming out of the fireworks display! I also embellished the fireworks display with Icon Chipboard Stickers, Ephemera Word pieces, and the enamel dots that come in the Heart Hugs packs.
I added another firework Ephemera Icons piece coming out of the main display. And then I layered the patriotic heart shaped Ephemera Icons piece over the United States die cut. A red Acrylic Star Shaped piece adds even more fun!
I used the super cool 'July' Chipboard piece for the title. I used the new and super fun Bella Blvd Florence alphabet (numbers included too) cut file to create the large number 4, which I layered over ephemera pieces. The Blueberry colored Florence alphabet stickers were used to document the year.
Thanks for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to use the new Bella Blvd Fireworks and Freedom and cut files on your next layout!

You Color My World layout

Do you ever want to create a rainbow design on your layout, but don't have the time to cut out all of the arches in various colors? Well, rainbow stripe patterned paper to the rescue! It still gives you all the colors and fun that a die cut rainbow would, but is a little easier to create! I also used the Doodlebug Design Lots O' Luck collection on this layout, which was perfect for documenting the picture of my niece and her colorful stuffed bear.

I first started by opening  the Doodlebug Design rainbow with Clouds cut file and welding the rainbow together in my cut file software. I then used the Rainbows End patterned paper to cut out one large rainbow. I used the multicolor rainbow chevron stickers from the This & That Sticker Sheet and heart Mini Icons stickers to create a fun design above the rainbow.

I embellished my photo with Odds & Ends pieces, This & That stickers, and Sprinkles round enamel dot stickers!

I then used the Doodlebug Design Rainbow with Clouds cut file to cut out the cloud and added journaling to it. I embellished my journaling space with more Odds & Ends pieces (my favorite in case you haven't noticed!), Mini Icons Stickers, and more Blue Jean Assortment Sprinkles. I love that the Sprinkles can be used to add little colorful accents around a layout!

Thank you for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to use rainbow stripe patterned paper to make a bold statement on your next layout!

Sweet Girl Layout

I couldn't wait to use the Doodlebug Design French Kiss collection again because it is just so very sweet! Sure it has some Valentine's Day pieces, but it has so many other general themed elements! Here I used the collection to document my sweet little senior pooch. I used the Doodlebug Simply Spring Flower Wreath cut file to create the fun and colorful background design on my page.

I used the Simply Spring Flower Wreath cut file to die cut the wreath out of white cardstock. I used the French Kiss 6x6 paper pad and Citrus colored Textured Cardstock to back the die cut shape with lots of colorful papers. I embellished the wreath with Chocolate Box Shape Sprinkles, Mini Icon Stickers, and Odds & Ends pieces adhered with foam adhesive. I then adhered the wreath to a sheet of Petite Prints Patterned Paper in Swimming Pool. I used more Odds & Ends pieces (my fav!) and Shape Sprinkles to embellish the photo of my pooch and I.

I used the 'SWEET' Odds & Ends die cut piece for the first half of my title. I used my die cut machine and French Kiss 6x6 Paper Pad to cut out the rest. I added a little strip of the adorable Special Delivery Washi Tape under the word SWEET to add a little color to the bottom of my page. And, of course, I had to use the little doggie Odds & Ends piece!

Thank you for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to use the French Kiss collection and Doodlebug Design cut files on your next layout!
