Fun with the Bella Blvd Florence Alphabet!

Good day, friends! Today's layout is all about featuring the super cool Bella Blvd Florence Alphabet Stickers. Since it is summertime here, I also grabbed the amazingly colorful Squeeze the Day collection. I had so much fun putting together this fun and fruity layout!
I first used the Bella Blvd Strawberries Cut File to create a super fun background for my page. Once the berries were cut out I backed the white cardstock with a sheet of the Bella Besties Freehand Graph & Dot Patterned Paper in Peep. I love how the pink strawberry background turned out. I then used the Bella Blvd Bananas Cut File to create an anchoring banana shape for the first part of my title. Here I used the Florence Alphabet Stickers in Gulf.
I then used some more fun Florence Alphabet Stickers in Bell Pepper on a couple of the ephemera watermelon die cut pieces to create the rest of my title. The Florence Alphabet Stickers are the perfect size for putting on die cut shapes!
I had a blast mixing the Squeeze the Day collection with the amazing Florence Alphabet Stickers! And I love all of the fruity goodness that made it on to my page here. I can't decide which fruit piece is my favorite, can you?
Thanks for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to grab the Florence Alphabet Stickers and the Squeeze the Day collection for your next project!

All American Cuties Layout!

If you asked me what my favorite Doodlebug Design collection is, I would have a difficult time choosing because they are all so great! If you asked me what my favorite collection is right now, I'd say the Land That I Love collection! I knew it was a great collection when I first saw it, but I love it even more after creating with it!

I started this layout by using the star from the Doodlebug Design Lots O' Luck Lucky Shapes Cut File to create a background pattern in my Silhouette software. I simply resized the star to about 1/4" and copy and pasted them randomly in the software. I didn't really worry too much about placement and just had fun scattering them around the page. I then used white cardstock to cut out the background and backed my page with blue and red Land That I Love patterned papers.

Right away I knew I definitely wanted to use some of the Summer Celebration (fireworks) Patterned Paper! I used Odds & Ends Ephemera and Mini Icons Stickers to embellish above the photo. I love adding Sprinkles epoxy shapes to the die cuts for a little extra dimension.

And I love that I was able to die cut the perfect oval tag for placing the rest of my title using the Doodle Cuts Mini Tags Dies. I was able to easily create a layered tag by cutting tags out of both blue and aqua papers. The tags have a 'stitched line' border that is die cut in to the tag. I simply just hand cut the excess off the blue tag following this border and adhered it on to the aqua one.  And OF COURSE I had to include the brand new Sunshine Alphabet Stickers on my page. To say that I love these alphabet stickers is an understatemen!

You can see here the stitch marks on the dies and some more examples. The cute little tag possibilities are endless with the Doodle Cuts Mini Tags Set!

The Land That I Love collection is the perfect mix of red, white, blue, aqua, and adorable graphics. Aren't the little red firecracker and blue popsicle just the cutest?! I hope you love this collection as much as I do!

Thanks for stopping in and have a great day!

Bella Blvd Fireworks and Freedom!

Since the 4th of July is right around the corner, I pulled out the adorable Bella Blvd Fireworks & Freedom collection! I love this collection's patriotic mix of colors and the star and fireworks graphics. It was perfect for documenting this photo of my nieces wearing their favorite red, white, and blue shirts. Come take a look!

I used the super fun Bella Blvd Firework Cut File and some Fireworks & Freedom patterned papers to create my own little fireworks display down the side of the page. I embellished some of them with chipboard pieces. I love how the chipboard pops!

Eeek! Aren't these fireworks displays just so much fun?! I embellished them with chipboard pieces, ephemera pieces, and puffy stars. I love the dimension the embellishments add on top of the die cut fireworks displays!

I anchored my photo spot with various patterned papers from the collection. I then embellished my photo with the glass jar ephemera piece, Doohickey Stickers, and chipboard pieces. How cool is that large floral patterned chipboard 'freedom' title?!

Thank you for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to grab the Fireworks & Freedom collection for your next project. Have a great day!

Birthday Girl Layout

I love creating graphic designs on my layouts! I used the new Doodlebug Design Doodle Cuts Borders and Edges Dies and the Hey Cupcake collection to create a fun chevron background on today's layout. I love how it turned out so come take a look!
I started by using the heart strips Borders and Edges die to cut out four strips in four different bold colors. I then used the graph design of the Lollies Patterned Paper to help me create the chevron design. I used the light pink stripe in the middle of the patterned paper as a guide to place the heart strips at an angle against. Using the different colors of the graph to see where to place the strips made this design so easy!  I then embellished my photo with some Odds & Ends pieces and Sprinkles. I also used the largest Doodle Cuts Nesting Scallops die to create a circular frame around my photo.
The Odds & Ends and Chit Chat Die Cut Packs make embellishing projects so easy. I also added some Sprinkles Self-Adhesive Shapes as confetti in the balloon. And isn't that little birdie just the cutest?!
I used the fun Abigail Alphabet in Swimming Pool and a Chit Chat Die Cut piece to create the title. I embellished the word 'CAKE' with a few of the round Sprinkles Self-Adhesive Shapes. I love the little bit of detail this adds! I then further embellished the title with Mini Icons Stickers.
The Hey Cupcake collection is just perfect for helping me document my niece's birthday! I can't wait until her birthday rolls around again so I can take more pictures to document with this fun collection. And I think the heart strip die makes a pretty cool background design!
Thanks for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to grab some of the new Doodle Cuts Dies and the Hey Cupcake Collection for your next layout!

Pool Vibes Layout

Good day everyone, Tegan here! Since summer is just around the corner, I pulled out the super fun Bella Blvd Splash Zone collection. I love this collection because it is filled with color and adorable graphics. It was prefect for documenting this picture of my niece at the pool!
I did end up incorporating this light blue grid patterned paper from the Fireworks & Freedom collection. I thought the soft blue was a perfect background because the blue was light and would let the rest of the bright page elements shine. I then used the water splats from the Bella Bella Pool Vibes Cut File and Gulf Graph & Dot Patterned Paper to create a few paper splashes to layer behind the ephemera pieces. Isn't that flamingo just the cutest?!
Since the title of this layout was 'Pool Vibes', I used the Florence alphabet stickers to create a frame around my photo of words that would describe a pool vibe! I love the bold graphic and all of the color this idea adds to my photo. It definitely helps my photo to take center stage!
I used some fun ephemera pieces and cool Star Mix Acrylic Shapes to embellish the area below my photo. Those little fish ephemera pieces are so cute!

I had so much fun creating this page- especially the frame full of colorful Florence alphabet stickers! I hope you love it as much as I do!

Bella Blvd May Mood Board

I am having so much fun using the Bella Blvd Mood Boards for inspiration! The May board is so full of springtime colors and fun elements...come take a look!
Right away I knew I wanted to incorporate the circular design from the middle mood board square in to my project. And right away I pulled out the fun Squeeze the Day collection because it has a similar color scheme to the colors in the board. The layout ended up being different than my initial vision, but that's part of the fun when working with mood boards!
I originally wanted to take the large title idea from the board and make a large title on the page with each letter in one of the circles. But once I started moving my circles around the page and layering them with adorable Squeeze the Day embellishments, I decided to use the chipboard 'Squeeze the Day' phrase for my title instead. I filled in the extra space between the letters with enamel dots from the Heart Hugs Earth pack for a fun design.
I made the circle designs by creating 2.75" circles in the software for my electronic die cut machine. I used the dot design from the Bella Blvd Sweet Sweet Spring Eggs Cut File over my circle to create a cool polka dot pattern. Once cut out, I then backed the circle with coordinating patterned papers. I hope you think the circles turned out as neat as I do! I created these circles with Squeeze the Day, Home Sweet Home, and Bellas Besties Patterned Papers. My decision to add a couple floral pieces from the Wish Big Girl collection was also inspired by the mood board!
My travel photo was also inspired by the mood board! The fun and fruity Squeeze the Day collection was perfect for documenting a Pineapple Dole Whip stop during our trip to the Magic Kingdom last year!
I love all of the polka dot circle designs! I can't pick a favorite one, can you?  And the Word Salad phrase stickers were perfect for adding little embellishments of color around the page.
Thank you for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to grab some of the Bella Blvd Squeeze the Day collection and use the May Mood Board for inspiration on your next layout!

Love You Puppers Layout

Eek! I was so excited when the brand new Bella Blvd dog themed Cooper collection was released! I am a self-proclaimed crazy dog mom, so this collection is perfect for me. Needless to say, I had a blast using the Cooper collection on this layout of my senior fur child, Pixie.
I used the super cool gray patterned backside of the Borders Patterned Paper as my base paper. I then made sure I used my favorite new Paw Prints washi tape. Isn't it just the cutest?! I had so much fun layering lots of different Cooper patterned papers as an anchoring spot for my photo.

I then cut out these adorable paw prints using my electronic die cut machine and the new Bella Blvd Paw Prints Cut File. I used the darling Florence Alphabet Stickers to spell 'LOVE' and 'YOU' in side the paws. And how sweet is that little blue dog bone Ephemera piece?!
I can't get over how adorable all of the Ephemera pieces are. I mean just look at how cute that little dog is! I made sure he took center stage right next to my photo.
The entire Cooper collection is just amazing and I can't decide what my favorite embellishments are. If you are a dog mom like me, you will love Cooper as much as I do!
